In the event you believe that Content on the website constitutes copyright infringement or an infringement of your intellectual property rights, please send a notice of infringement containing the following information to the specified Designated Agent:
Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed on the website, including applicable registration number(s) for the material;

C. SUPPLYING A COUNTER-NOTICE TO THE DESIGNATED AGENT:

Unless the rights holder initiates legal action against us, the removed Content may be reinstated or access may be restored within 10 to 14 business days or more following receipt of the counter-notice, at our discretion.
